My practice focuses on resolving business disputes in and out of court. I represent individuals and companies on a variety of claims, including contract disputes, business owner disputes, and business torts. I have helped Tonkon clients win on motions to dismiss, on summary judgment, and at trial, in addition to negotiating numerous favorable settlements. Representative matters include the following:  I was honored to be named an Oregon "Rising Star" in business litigation by Super Lawyers in 2016.  In addition to my litigation work, I represent investors and other individuals and companies doing business in the cannabis industry, and advise clients on Oregon's cannabis laws and regulations. I am co-chair of Tonkon Torp's cannabis industry practice group.
