Alex Ross is a summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Dickinson College and Villanova University School of Law.  Alex has successfully argued before every level of court to which he has been admitted to practice, including the New Jersey Appellate Division and Supreme Court, the New Jersey and Pennsylvania federal District Courts, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.  Alex has represented prevailing parties in numerous significant published opinions, including Nicastro v. McIntyre Machinery, 201 NJ 48 (2010); Beadling v. William Bowman Associates, 355 NJ Super. 70 (App. Div. 2002); and Hartman v. Allstate Insurance Co., 345 NJ Super 101 (App. Div. 2001).Alex specializes in products liability and and other serious injury cases arising from work-related accidents, and successfully represents insurers and individuals with distinction in complex matters which have often been rejected by other attorneys as unwinable.  He has recovered numerous multi-million dollar awards on behalf of his clients.
