Alex has been an active and successful trial attorney for decades, assisting clients to achieve their goals. He was one of the youngest lawyers in the state to be recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with its highest rating of AV Preeminent. Alex's rating of 5.0 out of 5.0 is the highest rating in legal ablility and ethical standards. He is honored to be one of a select group of lawyers to enjoy these distinctions. He concentrates on representing condominium and homeowner associations, assisting in all of their legal needs. Alex has been involved in this area of practice for over 25 years. He has represented community associations in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties. A member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), Alex has contributed articles, legal insight and analysis to Pennsylvania AssociationHelpNow, a resource for community associations and the businesses and professionals whio serve them. Upon request of the National Business Institute, he has served as a faculty member and instructor of Legal Aspects of Condominium Development and Homeowners' Associations, a legal education seminar for lawyers. Throughout his lengthy career, Alex has litigated a multitude of cases for many insurance companies. He has also represented people injured by the negligence of others in motor vehicle and other incidents. Alex has focused on automobile, premises liability, such as slip/trip and falls, and construction site accidents. He has handled many jury trials and arbitration matters. Alex has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and has successfully resolved substantial disputes outside the court system. At Widener University School of Law, Alex served as Contributing Editor to the Delaware Law Forum and was inducted into The International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi, a legal honor society and the oldest legal organization in continuous existence in the United States. He also served as a research assistant to Professor Morris H. Wolff. Professor Wolff represented the family of Raoul Wallenberg, widely celebrated for his successful efforts to rescue tens of thousands to about one hundred thousand Jews in Nazi-occupied Hungary during the Holocaust, in a lawsuit against the Soviet government. This resulted in a verdict of $39,000,000.00. In September of 1993, Professor Wolff was given the United Nations Peace Award for his work on the Raoul Wallenberg rescue effort.
