Alexander M. Baggio fights for employees’ rights to hard-earned wages as part of Nichols Kaster’s National Wage and Hour Litigation Team. Focusing on class and collective actions, Alex represents workers seeking recovery of commission payments, minimum wage, overtime, and improper meal and break deductions. He stridently advocates for his clients and for their just claims to unpaid wages. Before joining Nichols Kaster, Alex worked in the Minnesota District Courts as a law clerk for the Honorable Gary Larson and then the Honorable Janet N. Poston. While in law school, Alex participated in the Philip M. Jessup International Moot Court, winning awards for legal writing and oral advocacy; was on the Dean’s List; and received Honors recognition in legal writing. He also volunteered with the Asylum Law Project, providing legal advice on federal immigration issues to individuals in Miami, FL.
