Pia joined Belkin Burden Goldman in 2021 and practices in all areas of real estate and construction litigation with an eye toward risk management and early dispute resolution.Mr. Pia’s practice regularly advises landlords, condo/co-op boards, developers, contractors, and operators of all sizes navigating the New York metro area’s complex real estate and construction landscape. His representative matters include commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, rent-stabilization, access agreements, construction agreements, contractor disputes, development, and negotiations.
