When he did arrive, he told me to “make it quick, because he has more important things to do.” He asked me to explain my issue and when I did, he was texting on his phone. He even answered a call and seemed to be cursing some lady out in Spanish. I thought it was very rude he made me wait almost 1 hour and then told me I had to hurry up! His advice was very general.
