He is best for consultation. He was organized supportive and helpful. He is above and beyond for support.
I was a bit wary of seeking legal representation from just any attorney for my Citizenship interview. But then happened to see the profile, high reviews and recommendations for Rishi, so decided to speak to him. While discussing my case with him, I requested if he could represent me in my immigration matters. My interview was the very next day and when I mentioned this to him, Rishi understood the gravity of my situation and instantly offered to change his schedule asking if I wanted him to accompany him to my interview. I couldn't have been more fortunate and agreed. I'd some complexity in my case so his handling my case was God sent. Next day, on day of my interview, he met me inside USCIS field office and guided me on my case specifics. Once called in by USCIS interviewer, Rishi accompanied me. Where necessary he answered the Immigration officer and elsewhere allowed me to respond. At the end of interview, I was told that I'd cleared the interview (All credit to Mr. Rishi) and am awaiting oath. I found him to very knowledgeable in immigration matters along with a very friendly disposition. I highly recommend him and would seek his counsel when needed.
Robert brown LLC is a premier Immigration law office. Its service is second to none. If you are looking for results regarding your immigration needs, look no further. My husband and I had the opportunity to retain Attorney Rishi Oza and his assistant Marta Kiss for the B2 visa of my mother in law. The whole process took less than 3 months. We were very fortunate to have Robert Brown LLc represents her. Attorney Rishi and his assistant Marta are very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and responsive. They are the best. I will recommend them to anyone in needs of immigration service.
The entire process was very easy thanks to Rishi. He is very organized and will always take your call. He is very knowledgeable and listens to the needs of his clients. His team is also very nice. I especially want to thank his administrative assistant, Veronica. She was always kind and a great help.
I can only speak of our experience as everyone else's case/circumstances may differ from ours. I was not paid, nor asked by the law firm, to complete this review. We hired this attorney, and its law firm (Robert Brown LLC), to assist us in the immigration process for my mother who was seeking Legal Permanent Residence even though she had undocumented status within the country at the time of application. We felt very comfortable and confident with the process as every single step was outlined during the initial consultation and were told what to realistically expect (Was nice for them to use the consultation fee as payment credit when it came to hiring them). Their prices are fair and even have a payment plan. Hands down Kristen is the best legal assistant out there. She was patient, knowledgeable, and timely with her email/phone calls. Thank you Kristen! Comforting to know they update you along the way, and the fact that they take charge in contacting USCIS with any discrepancies on the receipts / letters by USCIS. The total process, from initial USCIS application to my mother receiving her LPR card, was a bit under 6 months. She was not even required to attend a USCIS interview, and i'm sure a lot has to do with the fact that all necessary documentation was provided timely to immigration thanks to the guidance of Rishi and the Robert Brown LLC firm.
My husband and I were confused about our case and was not sure if wanted to file our application yet and was looking for advice on how to go forward. Mr. Oza was very understanding and willing to help and provide very helpful and at the same time free consultation.
Rishi is straightforward, experienced and very helpful.. he is the one you can trust with your questions..
Rishi Oza is a gem of an Attorney. I have been in contact with him since 2013. I was introduced by a friend for my case and even though I never actually was able to have Rishi represent me because of the geographical distance, he has been exceptionally helping in sharing his professional advice always and very professional in every way. With the kind of support he extends, If I need to hire an attorney, I doubt finding a better one..
Mr. Oza helped us to understand our options for immigration. He told us what the implications were for the visas we could obtain. He knows Immigration Law thoroughly and communicates about it clearly. He has found his true vocation. Thank you Mr. Oza!
It doesn't surprise me to read all these good reviews about you Rishi. If mere words fails to convey what you try to express, the smallest thing that you do shows the depth of your feelings. Rishi is here for the job not for money. I remember our first conversation. This Young man calmed me down by talking to me about soccer. That was a plus. He went extra mile to get my I-175 and N400 approved the same day, though I didn't hire him for my I-175 application. A word is enough to a wise. Rishi, keep doing what you know how to do best. The sky is not even your limit.
