His defense is rushed to settling case. Came to him with a hurt right knee. My case got bundled an error in the hospital record which knee was xrayed. Initially lawyer himself said attorneys fees were now paid by employer not the employee. When attorneys fees were deducted from proceeds, I asked, he said only attorneys fees of appealed cases are paid by employer. His staff is curt short and usually doesn’t know much info; you can’t talk to lawyer he usually out of the office.
