About

I have been practicing in both Larimer and Weld County for over 50 years.  I am a community supporter and have lived in Fort Collins all my life.  I enjoy working with  families and have worked with many for generations, providing a variety of legal services to each.  I enjoy golf, reading, my three Shelties and Golden Retriever.  I take great pleasure in our local artisans and appreciate their wares.   I have tried cases in Municipal, County and District Court.  I have written Briefs for Colorado Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.   I have been successful with the appeals in personal injury, libel, uniform commercial code and eminent domain cases.
