Albert was exceptional. He really took care of me and all of my interests. He was personable throughout the process and followed up with me all the way to the end.
Al represented me in a Motor Vehicle Misdemeanor case. Due to some tricky details, there was quite a bit at stake for me. Al had a great 'bedside manner' and was very explanatory and compassionate throughout the case. I would recommend him to anyone looking for defense in a Motor Vehicle case.
Attorney Hansen guided me through a very difficult period in my life. He negotiated a resolution to my case that I would describe as highly optimal, and his fee was reasonable.
I am very grateful to have retained Attorney Albert Hansen as my Criminal Defense Attorney in this matter . I live in Rockingham County, NH. After all the facts of this case were revealed , I was very pleased with the outcome and resolution . Attorney Hansen represented me with respect and professionalism, always available to answer any questions and gave me very sound realistic legal advice .
Attorney Hansen was able to resolve my divorce quickly. He was my THIRD divorce attorney as the others were incompetent. He did some discovery and located a hidden retirement fund. I would highly recommend him as he is more than qualified to handle any case. His professionalism is very much appreciated.
Attorney Hansen helped me during a difficult time. The matter was resolved quickly. He was the first lawyer I ever had to hire and I am so glad I did! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and his clients are his number one priority!
Attorney Al Hansen is a soft spoken guy who really cares about his clients. Al is not soft on your defense however, but instead acts professionally and aggressively on your behalf. I firmly believe that this is what really matters with the court as opposed to other types of lawyers that give the profession a bad name. I was wrongly charged with a Domestic Violence Restraining Order which had very unusual and emotionally driven circumstances surrounding it. At the consultation Attorney Hansen sat with me for close to an hour and a half (going after normal working hours) and really *listened* to my very long and complex story. He appeared objective, treated me with respect, and took ample notes which, among other factors, lead me to hire him on the spot. Attorney Hansen was very responsive in court and made many appropriate objections, many of which worked out to my favor. He also cross examined the accuser (my wife) respectfully but thoroughly. We were originally scheduled by the court for a half hour hearing which went on for well over an hour (due to the complexity of testimony) and had to be continued ... a month later (Not anyone's fault, just the way the courts are). Al took the time to call the court a couple days later (ended up being a Friday) and ask me if I could rush down to the courthouse to pickup the restraining order amendment before court closed. I was awarded visitation with my children and was able to see them sooner than if I had had to wait for the order to be mailed. I can't express how happy I was at that moment after not being able to see my children for a month. Upon the continuance hearing Attorney Hansen was able to argue that the testimony did not constitute Domestic Violence *and* that there was no imminent threat (which was/is the truth). He did this without being disrespectful toward the accuser or the opposing counsel. I believe that this is very important in family matters, not to mention keeping on good terms with the judge. His knowledge of the law and ability to refresh the judge of key pieces of the witness testimony ultimately led to the case being dropped ... before I had to testify. Let me be clear, nobody "won" this case because there are no winners in a traumatic family event such as this. I certainly made some bad choices in my marriage and take responsibility for my part in our family troubles but I certainly did not commit violence or threats toward my wife and Attorney Hansen helped the court to see through to the truth. I believe that Al treated me with respect and did right by me and my family in a time of crisis.
Attorney Albert Hansen was great to work with. He made me feel comfortable during a stressful time and answered my questions truthfully & honestly without making me feel like an idiot. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Attorney Hansen!
Al helped me get what I needed for my case. He was there always for me and my family to expedite my issues on a personal as well as on a business level with care, kindness, and understanding. He got me what I needed and asked for in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend him and his firm HIGHLY. I had no doubt with him and his firm either. Thank you AL.
