Prior to going into private practice, I worked for the Massachusetts Medicaid agency( MassHealth). At present, I handle all aspects of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Administrative Law( Appeals) and Litigation when someone has been denied Medicaid benefits. Elder Law includes work on Probate matters, Guardianships and advanced planning to protect your hard earned assets.. My Veterans Administration legal practice is limited to taking cases to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, DC. These court appeals are when a veteran has been denied at all the appeals within the Veterans Administration.

Attorney Gordon came to see us in June. We were interested in some basic docs (wills, power of atty.,estate, etc.). I thought the meeting went well. He had asked for information which we collected and sent him. The man NEVER returned an email or phone call (I called at least 4 times and emailed him with the requested information). I was very disappointed as he came highly recommended by a colleague. He should have called to let us know he would/could not represent us (he never indicated why or that there was a problem) and given us some local alternatives. I feel his behavior was very unprofessional.
