We had a new employee with less than 90 days service, and after 5 weeks of classroom and OJT training, violate one of our most stringent work rules----twice. The first time we gave her a written warning, the second time it happened we terminated her employment. She filed complaints with both the Federal EEOC and the State ERD claiming discrimination based on her sex, age, harassment, and religion. The State ERD deferred to the EEOC to investigate and they found no merit in her charges. They then dismissed and issued a Right to Sue letter. The claimant filed suit in Federal Court and we engaged our attorney Al Seneczko to help us defend against it. He provided excellent advice, some of which was quite unique and effective with the court. He also handled all court documents and provided superb and very responsive service. We would definitely hire Al again to help us with an employee relations issue.

We have been clients of Al Seneczko for close to 25 years. He is by far the most thorough, creative, client-caring attorney that we have worked with. We do not ever want to be represented by any other labor attorney, so much that, in a recent work comp court appearance, we paid out of our pocket to have Al represent us rather than the attorney that was free of charge to us through our work comp carrier. We were not disappointed with our choice to do that as the outcome of the case was very positively in our favor. Al truly cares about your organization; almost as if he was an employee himself! I highly recommend using Al Seneczko for any labor issue you might have - you will not be disappointed.

We use Al on a fairly regular basis on a host of employment issues, ranging from the mundane to items with serious legal repercussions. He is very thorough, personable and is great at research. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Alan has been a life saver to PWM. His knowledge of Wisconsin employment laws are so appreciated in answering questions and law suits. He has gained the respect of the owners, our COO, CFO and others. Highly regarded.
