This guy is awful. I signed a retainer with him thinking he would help me with an awful accident I was in, and he did absolutely nothing. There was a video of the accident, I was gravely injured and lost my job and academic career over it, and he did nothing for me after agreeing to represent me. Gave me no advice, never even interviewed me to see how I had been injured or what I had lost due to the accident. Worse than that, he sent me to a doctor (citimed) during covid and they didn't take temperatures or wear masks. He put my health in jeopardy and traumatized me. I saw cockroaches in the corners of every room. He failed to get the surveillance video of my accident, refused to take any phone calls with me until I threatened him with a lawsuit, then when I confronted him with the way he mishandled my case he dropped me as a client. Reporting him to the DA and the bar. I can't believe he's practicing.
