I also advise in the areas of tax controversy, employment contracts (including covenants-not-to-compete, non-solicitation, and related agreements), and real estate matters. I am an Indiana certified specialist in estate and trust planning and administration (as certified by the Indiana Trust and Estate Specialty Certification Board). My firm also handles litigation in all of those areas including personal injury .
