The morning Feb 9, 2017 on my way to work, my life changed.. I was involved in a 5 car accident; me being the middle car. I was struck in the rear, pushed into a vehicle, another veh struck the car that hit me and pushed us into another vehicle. At the scene the lady who hit me admitted fault. 1 day later I get a call that she(the lady who rear-ended me)stated I was already in an accident before she hit me. Of course my thoughts were " If I was already in an accident, why did you hit me?" So I did what any normal person would do, I called a lawyer. The first lawyer I had, asset the pictures and helped me write a statement. We sumbitted the info to the insurance companies and they deemed me 50% at fault. She called me on a Saturday evening around 6:30pm and said there is no way I can win this case. Im dropping it, have a nice day. DAMN!!... YOU MESSED THE CASE UP AND RAN.. I was told by a few people to just drop the case its not worth fighting. My medicals had begun to build up.. And to be honest, no one really wanted to hear what I had to say. I was carless and the rental had become too costly. Smh, by then I had it for 3 months. With my hands up in the air I was clueless what to do next. My boyfriend and I sat for a while and discussed a few things. I know who to call!!! TUNDE! I called Tunde A. that following Monday.
