I am involved in assisting corporate and individual clients to obtain immigrant and nonimmigrant employment based visas.  My work involves all aspects of preparing visa petitions, which requires a focus on a variety of legal issues.  I have assisted clients in obtaining approval in O-1 and EB-1 extraordinary ability petitions, as well as assisting with E Treaty Trader/Investor visas, H-1B, J-1 and L visas, and TN applications under the North America Free Trade Agreement.  Previously, I practiced immigration law in Dublin, Ireland, where Iassisted individual clients in their business immigration needs.  I also represented Asylees before the Refugee Appeals Tribunal and was a Board Member of the Irish Refugee Council.  In New York I undertook professional career training with Human Rights First, where I worked with Asylees in the Refugee Protection Program.
