I shall forever be grateful to Mina for diligently handling my case and helping me achieve the American dream.
Ai provided the initial consultation with thorough explanations of the process. She was courteous and patient. We will use her when the time is right.
I went to Attorney Mina Tran 18 months ago to see if she could assist me in my permanent residence card as my previous attorney was not returning calls or emails and when he did would just tell me to wait as the process takes a long time. It was 10 years since I was approved to obtain my GC. I met with Mina, who was very professional, within 10 minutes she was able to tell me their was a problem with my file and my priority date had come and gone, I should have gotten my GC 10 years ago!!!!! Well the journey began to locate my file, it had been switched to different offices and Mina was attempting to locate it, turns out my file had been sent to a shelf somewhere. Mina was diligent in pursuing USCIS to get my file our of archives and moving foreward. I was approved last week, Mina attended the interview with me, kept me calm and she was very supportive. She spent time with me before the interview and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. Her prices were very fair and the office staff was good to work with. I would highly recommend Attorney Mina Tran, she is knowleagble, she will listen, she will ask questions, she will keep you calm and informed. Mina, My heartfelt thank you again for your assistance.
Es una abogada muy profesional, me ayudo con el caso de mi esposa y el caso fue aprovado en menos de 6 meses. La recomiendo fuertemente. A very processional attorney, she helped me with my wife's case and it was approved in less then 6 months, I recommend her strongly.
Mina is an real expert on immigration questions and gave us (gives us) excellent advice with a quick turnaround when we had urgent questions. She is good at listening, discussing and explaining too which is very helpful when there are complicated questions. No hesitation in recommending her services.
Mina was invaluable in helping us get through the process of obtaining my husband’s green card. Being a newly wed gay couple, we were not sure what kind of response we would get for trying to apply for something that only recently had been open to gay married couples. Our first meeting with her put us at ease as she was extremely supportive of our path that we had chosen. She provided us not only with sound legal advise, but a blueprint on how tomake the whole process as glitch free as possible. She told us what to expect, what information we needed to gather, and how to make the whole application as complete as possible so that it would not have to be returned in any way because of missing information or documents. We reviewed the documents that were submitted with her office and were told what the next stages would be. When it finally came down to our face to face meeting with Immigration, she thoroughly reviewed what the process would be like, what questions that they might ask, and how to be prepared for the whole process. When the time came for the interview, we felt prepared and her being there gave us a sense of calmness and that we would be successful. And we were! We owe a great deal to Mina and her staff. She is a person of unquestionable integrity and we both highly recommend Mina and believe that anyone would be fortunate to engage her services.
I initially went with Mina because of my immigration process and because of their prices. Once the process got started, I noticed that Mina was very knowledgeable as well as her staff. I was very comfortable with her overseeing my case. After all was said and done, I now live life to the fullest with my beautiful wife and with my residency. I definitely recommend Mina Tran, and so far I have.
I strongly recommend attorney Mina Tran. Mina is an extremely likable and approachable immigration attorney. She has lots of experience in all immigration matters. She helped my family members who were in need of immigration help, and and every case has had positive results, i can not express how thankful I am with attorney Mina. . I highly recommend Mina for any immigration matters.
Mina has been looking after the renewal of my E2 Visa to the USA for the past 6 years. She is an extremely competent & absolutely trust worthy person & lawyer. I have no hesitation in recommending Mina to anyone who needs assistance with Immigration issues.
A. Mina Tran is truly a reliable immigration lawyer who not only gives her best always, but also exceeds her client's expectations. She specializes in waiver cases. When USCIS requested me an extreme hardship to justify my permanence in US, Mina helped my family and me to find the way to demonstrate the need of my waiver to avoid my wife's mental condition aggravation and the possible psychological trauma that my son (5 years) would be bearing after our family breakdown. Once she organized our mental and physical evaluations, our family history, and explained how she would present our case, we knew we would succeed.
