Excellent Attorney to help me with my civil law case. Speaks fluent Spanish as well and goes out of her way night and day to accommodate my needs and/or concerns! Thank you Ms. Isenberg!!!
Attorney Isenberg will see your case through from start to finish without backing down. She fought for us in our step parent adoption case and even when things seemed bleak she never gave up . We won and I believe it was in large part to her asking the tough questions. Highly recommend!
WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE. SHE'S VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND CARES ABOUT HER CLIENTS AND THEIR SITUATIONS. HAVE HAD EXTREMELY GOOD OUTCOMES WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT COURT DATES AND SITUATIONS THAT WERE VERY COMPLEX AT TIMES. ALL I CAN SAY IS "THANK YOU" TO HER AND HER STAFF.
This lawyer was recommended to me, if you read this, please do not hire this attorney, she was so unprepared, disorganized, and not at all good at her practice. She had one year to prepare for my case, and after a full year and charging me for preparing, she literally showed up at mediation without having read the opposing party's information, not having anything ready, and not saying a word to help me, or fight for me. I lost everything because I trusted and listened to her advice, also, she does not bill you as promised, you get one final statement, she did not ever notify me of her charges, and when you do get the statement, the dates will be incorrect, who did it will be incorrect, she will go over the original agreed upon amount , by a significant amount of dollars as she charges you for her rate, and her rate only, never the secretary (who does all of the foot work), never anyone else, 350$ an hour across the line, for that I would advise you to hire a knowledgeable attorney. The prior reviews are right, she will drop the ball, as she will get ran over by any other attorney, as they probably did prepare, and they actually know case law.
I hired this divorce attorney based on a recommendation from my marriage counselor. I was going through a very contentious divorce in 2012. This attorney assured me that she was experienced with my type of situation and was quick to take my $4,000.00 retainer fee. Unfortunately, after that, it was like pulling teeth to get her to react or act on ANYTHING. After 2 1/2 years, I was still not divorced on what should have been a simple divorce (no children, no debt, no liens, etc.). This attorney ignored my many emails and phone calls repeatedly and oftentimes it was weeks and even months until I would get a return call or hear back from her (I've got all of this documented). Even my elderly parents stepped in and tried repeatedly to get her engaged and working for me even offering her more money but to no avail. Out of sheer desperation, I finally "fired" her and hired myself a "real" attorney. As Adriane would not turn over any all ready completed documents, my new attorney had to start from square one on my divorce. He was able to complete my divorce in 10 months (it would have been less but the opposing lawyer took 3 months off for maternity leave). I would not recommend Adriane Isenberg for anything and could not imagine a worse more disappointing attorney.
We hired this attorney based on a very difficult and complicated case. They made it sound like a piece of cake. She and her partner were both working on this case. They did not know the case at all. They had almost 1 yr to learn the case and when we went to court they completely dropped the ball. Very very unprofessional. We were devastated.
