Adina Matasaru is an experienced attorney who divides her time between litigating on behalf of her clients and counseling them on creative solutions to complex business matters as well as preventing potential liability. Adina has extensive experience in professional malpractice defense and litigation, including representing licensed professionals - chiropractors, naturopaths, medical doctors, nurse practioners and other healthcare providers - before their licensing boards or regulatory bodies. In addition, Adina has successfully litigated a wide variety of complex commercial disputes for clients in state and federal courts.
