Adele was awful. She asked for information, and then tried to go above me to get what she needed which further complicated the situation instead of being patient. She wasn't knowledgeable about the issue, and kept trying to pursue the case from one particular angle instead of understanding the depth and breadth of the laws surrounding that type of scenario. She did NOT keep me informed of how she was handling the case, and I ended up having to fire her once I realized she made things worse. Finally, she wouldn't take responsibility for her actions!
