About
Adam is a trial lawyer whose practice includes most aspects of labor and employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour issues, collective bargaining matters and personal law advice in both single-plaintiff and class-action litigation. He has served as lead trial counsel or second chair, prevailing in jury trials alleging: discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage/hour violations. Besides trial, Adam also has extensive experience in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; California Department of Fair Employment and Housing; and California Labor Commissioner. Prior to the practice of law, Adam traveled extensively throughout the world before attending UCLA and receiving his B.A., with honors (cum laude), in Political Science, and then receiving his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2006, where he served as an Honors Instructor. Before establishing the Workplace Rights Law Group, Adam successfully represented school districts in labor and employment law matters at the firm of Walsh & Associates. After that, Adam moved on to representing private sector employers of all sizes in labor and employment matters including traditional litigation; class actions; union and labor relations; employee workplace training; government agency representation; and mediation. Adam is a member of the California State Bar and belongs to the Labor & Employment Litigation Section. He is also admitted to practice in all U.S. District Courts in the State. When not practicing law, Adam enjoys exercising; and spending time with his wife and their daughter and their two rescue mutts. Adam is a partner of WRLG, and also practices with the law firm of Wolflick, Simpson, Khachaturian & Bouayad, APC.
