About

Adam A. Haba is a licensed attorney in the states of Florida and Michigan, as well as, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  He is the Founding Partner of The Haba Law Firm, with the main office located in Longwood, a suburb of Orlando. The Haba Law Firm serves as local counsel for plaintiff firms in foreclosure actions across the State of Florida.  In addition to local counsel work, Mr. Haba represents clients in family law, criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Haba began his legal career serving as an Assistant State Attorney for the 2nd Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee, Florida, where he was able to perfect his skills as a trial attorney.  Following his time with the State, Mr. Haba joined a large foreclosure litigation firm in Central Florida, handling residential and commercial property interests, loan modifications, and short sale negotiations. Mr. Haba also has experience as an insurance defense litigator, representing corporate clients in a wide range of premise liability, personal injury and negligence cases, and has worked with insurance carriers to investigate fraudulent claims and misrepresentation. Mr. Haba has been recognized as a "Legal Elite" Attorney by Florida Trend magazine, an award is based on peer review within the legal community in the State of Florida.  Mr. Haba has also been recognized as a "Super Lawyer." Mr. Haba received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan where he dual-majored in Political Science and History.  He then went on to attend Ave Maria School of Law on a Board of Governor’s Scholarship and received his Juris Doctorate.  During his collegiate years, Mr. Haba held several impressive internships.  He served as a White House intern for the Office of Presidential Personnel.  Following his time at the White House, he interned with the United States Senate, the Canadian House of Commons, and the Michigan Attorney General.  He also worked for the Homicide Unit and Trials Division at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Haba is on the Board of Trustees for Pace Brantley School (dedicated to individual achievement for students with learning disabilities), a member of the Seminole County Bar Association and the Knights of Columbus.  He is also actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America as a past Eagle Scout.
