Adam has helped me in a number of situations. In some cases it was just procedural, such as helping to properly setup a trust account, but in another case I had a long time (multi-year) issue with a collections company that was wrongly claiming that I had a debt and was unwilling to work to resolve it. After Adam got involved, he was able to quickly show the collection company the "error of their ways" and they dropped their efforts and removed all references on my credit reports. You can be sure that Adam will provide you with solid advice but he won't sugar coat anything either. I highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with Adam and his staff and every call was answered back in a timely manner. Each call had the utmost professionalism. If I ever have another problem where I need legal service I will be contacting your office for representation. Thanks for your help with everything Mr. Weintraub. I’ve referred four people to your firm already. Thank you so much for your help.

In early 2020 I hired Mr. Weintraub to represent me after I was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident. The individual that hit me was a minor at the time of the accident. Adam told me that since the person at fault was a minor that it was his assumption that there would be very little insurance coverage, and therefore any settlement would likely be very small. It is my belief that once Adam made this assumption that he lost interest in my case and stopped putting any real effort into the process. I posed questions on several occasions and he was always condescending and dismissive. His only response was that I didn’t understand how complex my questions were; the inference being that he either couldn’t be bother to actually answer them, or that I was not intelligent enough to understand the answer. After a year of hospitals, surgery, and physical therapy, it came time for Adam to send the demand letter. This revealed that there was a reasonable amount of insurance in place. Suddenly Adam seemed interested again. However, he sent me a letter saying that the insurance company must have made a mistake because he didn’t recognize the name of the insured individuals. I actually had to explain to Adam that the insured individuals were the parents of the person that hit me. That is how little effort he put into understanding my case. Adam did offer to reduce the percentage of his fee which I appreciated. However, after all the medical bills were paid, he still walked away with a much larger percentage of the settlement than I did. It is my opinion that money he made was in no way commensurate with his effort. I do want to mention that his legal assistant, Patty Sheets, was always helpful, respectful, and happy to answer any question I asked. It would behoove Mr. Weintraub to take a lesson from Patty in how to treat his clients. I do not consider Adam to be a person of integrity and I would not recommend that anyone engage his services.

Spent 9 months on accident case only time find paperwork in file that indicated opposing insurance wanted to settle. Letter was ignored and never mentioned. Letter back dated four months. Now on the verge of losing my home. Thank Adam. For nothing.
