My practice primarily focuses on banking and real estate litigation, including contract drafting, loan workouts, and land title disputes. I represent individual clients in both personal and business disputes, focusing on resolving and enforcing breach of contract claims. In addition, I represent clients in domestic relations and child custody matters.I have obtained summary judgment for plaintiffs and counterclaim defendants in numerous civil matters, have served as first chair in nearly 100 bench trials, and have successfully argued in front of appellate courts throughout Ohio. I am a skilled communicator and am efficient in resolving matters through settlement or judgment in my client’s favor.I devote my free time to bettering the community, and my service was recognized with the Greater Cincinnati Foundation's 2018 Emerging Philanthropist Award. I am the director of Saturday Hoops and Dribblethon, past president of the Anderson Township Little League baseball program, and a basketball coach at Summit Elementary.
