I was cited for an OVI with no good reason by the OSP. I demanded a breathalyzer, they refused. Forced me to do a urine test which was fine as I was not impaired. They impounded my truck, hauled my dog off to the pound, and put me in the can. Three months it takes the state of Ohio to get drug test results when I can get them for my 200+ employees within minutes. Anyways, Adam kept me well informed, saved me from driving hundreds of miles back to Ohio waiting on test results on several occasions, and finally when the results came back negative had my case dismissed and I never my driving privileges at any time. THANK YOU sir.

When I contacted attorney Adam Myser in early November of 2021 by phone about legal representation regarding having my firearms privileges restored, I asked him if it would be a waste of time and money? He advised me that it would not be and that I had a very good chance of getting them back. I then ask him if he thought the court might return my confiscated firearms to a family member if my firearms privileges could not be restored to me and he assured me that he would certainly petition them to do so should that situation occur. He said he would do both of these jobs for 750 dollars and as soon as he got the check he would start. My bank statement indicates that he cashed the check on November 22, 2021. I waited through the holidays and until after the new year and did not hear anything from him. Finally in the beginning of January I started calling his office once a week asking to speak with him about his progress and leaving messages to be contacted. To date he has done no work at all on this case and he will not return my calls.
