I was in an auto accident in December of 2015, it started great, they came to my home to sign the papers, and things were moving smoothly. The other insurance company accepted liability right away, but I kept getting passed around different Point of contacts on my case. He was incredibly patient, and professional, even when I was not. When we hit negotiations, the tort's insurance company started "playing games" , however John was very persistent in keeping on top of them, letting them know we were ready to litigate. We agreed on pre litigation settlement amounts and post litigation amounts, as the fees are higher in litigation. Well, John did an incredible job keeping us out of court, and getting me far more than I expected. When we reached dispersal, April, was very expedient and professional. I have since recommended a friend to this firm and she referred them. I guess things have changed over the past 13 years, but they got the job done, it took longer than I thought it would, but I am more than satisfied with the outcome.
