Adam helped my wife and I draft our wills. There’s lots of considerations we didn’t realize go to writing a good will. Adam helped us through the process and provided us with advice about healthcare situations that can impact you if you are incapable of making decisions for yourself. Adam did an excellent job for us.
I hired Atty. Hopler to represent me in a civil case. He misrepresented me and breached the Contract. He failed or refused to sign the Representation Agreement, and did not provide the services as agreed upon in the Representation Agreement. Despite his refusal to provide the specific services that I paid him to provide, he refused to refund monies that he did not earn. I filed a complaint in the Durham County District Court regarding the matter, and he somehow managed to get my case Dismissed with Prejudice, even with substantial evidence against him. My constitutional right to a trial by jury on the merits of my case were violated by this attorney, and upheld by the Durham County Court. I cannot recommend this attorney in good faith because I don't want another client to lose money as I did. I also found out about the level of corruption in the Durham County Court System. This court supported the wrong doing of this attorney.
