I practice in the area of personal Injury and Medical Malpractice all over New York State, Pennsylavania, and in the Federal Courts of both states.Adam has practiced general personal injury since 2004. Adam is a tenacious trial lawyer who thrives on being in the courtroom. Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree from Allegheny College, where he graduated as an Alden Scholar (Dean's List). Adam was also a Dean's List student at the Syracuse University College of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1996. Adam began his legal career with the Chemung County District Attorney's Office as an Assistant District Attorney. Adam quickly rose to the rank of felony prosecutor, where he worked on the most serious crimes occurring in Chemung County. In 2000, Adam left the DA's Office to become head of the Legal Department for the Chemung County Department of Social Services. In that capacity, Adam managed an office of 7 attorneys and was responsible for the presentation of all child abuse and neglect proceedings, termination of parental rights, and juvenile delinquency matters in Chemung County. Adam has extensive courtroom experience including the arguing of appeals before our Appellate Division and the Court of Appeals; New York's highest court. Adam is a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association, the New York Academy of Trial Lawyers, as well as the Chemung County and New York State Bar Associations. Adam has served on numerous boards, including the Pipiline 4 Progress, the Elmira Jackals Youth Hockey Association, and Family Services of Chemung County. Adam lives in Elmira with his wife and two sons. Adam spends what little free time he has following his boys' athletic events, including hockey and lacrosse, and manages to squeeze in a little hockey for himself every now and again. Adam and his family enjoy boating, tubing and skiing on Keuka Lake in our all too brief summers.

But he could also see how a prosecutor could misconstrue the circumstances of the situation, much to my detriment. Adam not only immediately responded to my situation, dropping everything to help me, his involvement precluded me from making a mistake that could have ended in my arrest. Had a wonderful result by using this attorney. Times were very hard, I never dealt with issues like this in my life. I felt it was a lost cause! My attorney knew better. The only problem I had was being convinced things would be alright. He really knew his stuff!!
