About

I started my criminal defense legal practice in Phoenix under the auspices of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Here, as a future criminal attorney, I benefited from tremendous training and education the County provided for prosecuting criminal defense matters. I now apply that knowledge as a criminal defense attorney for the firm.ExperienceI have tried various cases from simple drug crimes to more serious violent crimes and sex crimes. With the priceless knowledge acquired from the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, I soon realized that my skills and efforts were being underutilized and were meant to better serve the public in criminal defense. After serving as a Deputy County Attorney under former County Attorneys, Rick Romley and Andrew Thomas, I took my training and knowledge to a local private defense firm. Here I quickly rose to become the top defensive litigator in the law firm. The Feldman Law Firm, PLLCAfter several years, I decided to open up The Feldman Law Firm, PLLC to better serve clients and the community.Among my recent achievements, I have been named a top lawyer under 40 by the ASLA, a top rated criminal defense attorney by SuperLawyers and my firm has an A+ rating by the BBB.Criminal Defense AttorneyI'm solely focused on criminal defense, in all aspects and handle cases of all sizes.  Not only do I defend clients; but I've also been a prosecutor so I'm very familiar with both sides of the judiciary process. If you are facing criminal charges, please feel free to call me for a free consultation at (602) 540-7887

If I could give Adam Feldman a 10 star rating I differently would. On Friday July 23, 2021, Adam Feldman got me not guilty of all 9 counts. I was looking at life in prison but now I'm a free man. He is really great at his job and he gets what he needs done. My wife was blowing up his phone all the time and not once did he say he wasn't gonna take my case anymore, he still took my case and he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him

Adam Feldman is the most honest attorney in this state. I've witnessed this with a family member recently. His home was raided for a probation search by the gang unit for allegedly having "child pornography" and  since they found no child porn, then they claim to have found  half a gram of "spice" which they charged him for two years later with a probation violation since there was no child porn. During an evidentiary hearing it was found the Sgt. Admitted to not reading him his Miranda rights, Went to trial and was arrested days before trial attempting to hold him non-bondable which Ad am proved to the court probation falsely arrested him with no probable cause, no new charges and was released from custody.  Adam stuck to his word and FOUGHT the entire 3 years and never gave up. During the 3 years Adam was open and honest every step of the way. Adam explained every motion and court appearance in detail, what to have ready, sending all copies of motions and or minute entries, who should speak on his behalf.  Adam provided as many  scenarios as he could to prepare us all with what we could expect to happen. Adam appeared to be respected by the Judges and other attorneys, and was very eloquent and thorough when speaking on our behalf. Adam was always prepared for any rebutle probation would present, he was thorough in his research and informed on his client. Adam stood out to us because he provided his personal cell phone number and always made himself available and accessible. When extended family had questions or information to share with Adam he also provided his email and always responded timely and with clear information. Adam was able to prove over three years the probation department's many attempts of new charges while on probation were unfounded and so untrue we successfully won trial, reduced probation level and avoided prosecution on an additional situation. Adam can not be thanked enough for his hard work and extreme efforts.

We retained Adam for my son, with what started out to be a probation violation and turned out to be much more (new charges- Adam got dismissed at trial, additional probation violations - dismissed, additional charges - never filed by prosecution.) which continued for a lengthy time. Adam continued to fight for him and his rights without fail. Adam was always available to us for questions or clarification as needed. We felt comforted by his honesty and professionalism. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience that helped us understand the processes. His candor has been greatly appreciated in coping with the emotional process.

I’m so grateful a friend referred me to Adam Feldman! He is an excellent attorney. During my DUI case (and a very difficult time in my life) he had my best interest in mind. He was a thorough advocate for me and my rights. He fought hard to reach the best outcome for me and walked me through each step along the way of the legal process, always keeping me in the loop on any kind of developments. He’s very kind, understanding and is great at helping you feel at ease during difficult moments. And all of this he offered at an affordable rate and payment plan! Anyone who hires him will be happy they did. He truly is one of the good ones!

I have hired and retained Adam on a couple of occasions. My case has been unique and arduous to put it delicately. On-going now for close to 15 years with the worst stigma associated with it. Adam has shown up time and time again to listen, further research, communicate, and ultimately show up to deliver on and obtain desirable outcomes. Our journey as a family with legal counsel has been tedious and filled with a series of very unfortunate let downs. Retaining counsel is not cheap and plays an enormous part in what your future could potentially look like. Bottom line, do your due diligence, Google, consult, etc. I hope you see it a wise decision to circle back to Adam. I mean this, if you are ever in that unfortunate space of needing a solid, reputable, experienced, compassionate yet very straight forward defense attorney to represent you, Adam WILL show up for you and get results. Thank you for reading and thank you again Adam!

I don’t write endorsements, but; in this case, I have made an exception as it pertains to Adam Feldman. What is the difference between Adam and the other very smart, very experienced attorneys when they all are looking at the same laws and have access to 99.9% of the same information? The difference is Adam’s communication skills. Adam recognizes that he is not in the criminal defense business – instead he knows he is in the ‘people business’ and it this tremendous ability to communicate complex legal matters in a simple, thorough and extremely convincing manner that compels judges to agree. I am so thankful that I hired Adam to represent my son and I would not hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone. Sincerely, Larry B.

Adam is the best attorney I've encountered. I had a family member that was was on IPS probation and facing possible prison time. We consulted multiple lawyers, but no lawyers were looking to take my brother's case. We consulted with Adam and just knew he was the right lawyer for our family. He is very knowledgeable and calculated in his preparation for court cases. He consulted with us before the court hearings and was very clear/transparent what the possible outcomes where from the hearings. It took a few court hearings, but Adam was able to get my brother off of IPS probation and back on standard probation with his full rights returned.
