I've been a client since 2009. My case has been ongoing, and is nearing the final stages here in 2015 (hopefully), but during this entire process I've always known what was going on and even though it may take a little while for Adam to get back to me, the delayed response is so that he can research the question to give me a REAL answer instead of giving me a vague appeasement.
