Adam made my whole Chapter 7 easy. He handled everything. All I did was supply him with a few documents and that was it. He met with me at my 341 hearing. The hearing lasted all of about two-minutes. Easy. I just received my Chapter 7 dismissal. It's all behind me now. Adam offers affordable services and was always prompt to answer any questions I had. I would hire him again in a minute. His name is cool, too!
I will have to say that I was most impressed with Mr. Breeden. He was easy to get ahold of and have a conversation with; easy to notice he has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable. He nailed my case!
Over the last several years Adam has represented me on a few different matters. He takes the time to understand the issues, researches the law and drafts amazing pleadings. His best skill is staying on point in front of the court. He is a gentleman at all times and has been very successful for me. I would highly recommend Adam!
After the previous review was written but not yet posted, I was able to locate another number for this attorney and left a message. He contacted me Monday morning, and I as we discussed the situation, I realized that the communication issues may have been due to my mother's poor hearing and inability to access online information that would have given her correct contact numbers for him. (That was the reason she requested that you contact me for information.) I contacted this website and requested that the review not be posted. Mr. Breeden, please accept my apology for any problem this may have caused you. I was told that you'd been given my contact information and planned to contact me several weeks ago. I hope you can see your way to realizing that my concern was the vulnerability of my mother and that I had no way of knowing if my mother had been the victim of fraudulent exploitation. Combine all the communication issues and you have miscommunication and misunderstanding on both sides. Thank you.
