As a trust, estate, and business lawyer, a primary focus is tax minimization and the transition of family wealth to the next generation. I also regularly advise clients on making gifts to charitable organizations, and also count non-profit corporations among my clients.I regularly advise and assist clients with business transactions, including business entity formation, business succession planning and sales of businesses.
