About
I enjoy the human element of practicing law and am motivated by helping people resolve complex and stressful situations. Estate and business planning allows me to provide peace of mind to clients who, many times, don't know where to start. It is for this reason that I view my career as a calling, not a profession. As an estate and business planning attorney, my job, first and foremost, is to educate clients on the issues they are facing and to provide the best possible solutions. When it comes to estate planning this can mean creating and funding revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts. On the business side, it typically means creating a business succession plan that works in conjunction with the client's estate planning objectives. I have a trusted group of financial advisors whom I invite to work with my clients when the need for financial advice arises.

Mr. Lindquist was a very professional, reasonable lawyer. He helped me determine the outline of a lease concerning my landlords responsibilities and my responsibilities at the end of our lease.
Mr. Lindquist provided a direct, clear response to my question about State vs county public swimming pool rules and regulations. I knew a comprehensive answer could not be provided through a consultation, but I needed some basic information to determine whether hiring an attorney could be worthwhile. Mr. Lindquist’s answer was very helpful.
We were very pleased with the professional work and attitude we received from Aaron. Our case was an unusual one as we are out of state and dealt with stolen property. We would be glad to recommend Aaron to anyone needing an attorney in that area.
I consulted with Aaron in the Spring of 16' about some questionable practices my rental company was engaged in (including charging my roommate and I an ungodly amount of money for damages we did not commit), and was immediately impressed by his extensive knowledge of the relevant legal statutes, his willingness to discuss developments in my situation on short notice, and the industrious manner in which he prepared for me the paper work necessary for me to defend myself during the hearing. With his expertise, I was able to be successful in the courtroom, and could not imagine going through the process without his help.
Aaron Lindquist has proven himself very valuable, especially considering he was called-upon for several separate issues at one time, including counsel regarding formation of a for-profit business, and all legal matters related to acquisition of real estate property for the purpose of resource conservation. Mr. Lindquist also helped with a difficult lawsuit involving state and federal government agencies.
My Step daughter petitioned for guardianship for my spouse in a thinly veiled money and property grab against her father and me. She won against me even though I am the legal spouse. She kidnapped him into her care and won't let me near him even blocking my phone calls to him. Aaron did a very poor job with this case and I lost. He did little to no preparation and did not properly present my case . He did not obtain key elements i.e. medical records which would have proven our case. He also failed to pick apart the Medical documentation that the petitioner used to gain guardianship. She actually conducted the medical herself and had a doctor who was her former employer sign off on the incompetency. The medical that was presented was done virtually and she clearly lied on the form. The Petitioner even went so far as to admit in court that she was searching for her fathers property and admitted the doctor who did diagnoses was not my husbands regular doctor. The petitioner also failed to notify all next of kin. Aaron seems to be a nice fellow but if you need a litigator keep looking.
