While Mr. Rich may know the ins and out of workman comp cases, if it is not a hands down win or worth a lot of money, he is difficult to deal with. Mr. Rich does not explain any court process and is horrible about returning telephone calls. If you are a person who likes to be involved in your case and expects to be informed of the process, he is not the attorney for you. I get the impression he is not interested in cases that won't make him big bucks or cases he might have to put extra work into. It was only after I hired him that I did my research and learned he has been disciplined by a state licensing authority. Would be interested in knowing more details of his misconduct. My mistake for not researching him before I hired him.
