Aaron Carter Bates has over a decade of legal experience, successfully representing both individuals and institutions in all stages of litigation. Aaron has tried multiple cases to verdict in Florida State and Federal Courts.  Over his tenure as an attorney, Aaron C. Bates has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts for victims of negligence and discrimination.  Aaron earned two bachelor’s degrees (Int’l Affairs and Political Science) from Florida State University in three years. Aaron subsequently entered law school at the same university, earning his Juris Doctor in two-and-a half years, making him one of the college’s youngest graduates. Aaron is admitted to practice in front of all Florida federal and state courts. He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to forming The Bates Law Group, Aaron’s practice was focused on complex commercial litigation and federal mass tort litigation, as well as catastrophic personal injury cases and federal civil rights.
