I can’t even begin to explain the sense of relief upon meeting Tom the first time. After two long years of legal, elder, and emotional abuse, our 78 year old mother’s predatory attorney dropped out a month before the 4th or 5th “final” court date for a simple divorce which should have been dealt with through ADR. We hired Tom immediately just based his peaceful presence. From the first day, Tom was clear, organized, knowledgeable, and got my mother’s divorced finished within three months!! What I appreciate the most about Tom is that he is profoundly kind and a good human being. He held my mother’s well being as his top priority. He was intentional in that stress was not part of the process for our family. What a gift after two years of unnecessary chaos! I highly recommend hiring Tom, especially because kindness, empathy, and serenity is important during any legal processes. Thank you, Tom. We are forever grateful.
I meet Tom after a brief conversation over the phone asking for a free consultation. We met and he was always extremely professional from the start. He asked very specific details of my situation. He made sure that all my questions were answered and he also told me the proccess and what my expectations should be. The mother of my baby was heavily involved in drugs. To a point that she became a danger to herself and others. This case Tom told me it was time sensitive as she can file on he own and hurt the baby. Everything fell into place after our meeting. The process seem simple and stress free thanks to Tom. From showing up to my order of protection hearing to the default hearing Tom was there with all files ready to go. Tom attention to detail and asking the right questions won me my dauthger and maybe without exaggerating even her well being.
Tom Smith is one of the most humble and genuine lawyers I have ever met. He represented me during my divorce and I couldn't be happier with his service and professionalism. Throughout the process, he would consistently seek to find solutions that were not only the best possible for me his client, but most importantly what was in the best interest of my children. I would recommend him to anyone that might need counsel in his area of specialty.
I needed help, and didn't know where to turn. I consulted with Mr Smith after an incident occurred on my rental premises. Albeit I was renting to a relative, but I personally hadn't lived on the property for approximately 20 years, and hadn't visited in many years. The tenants dog was out in the back yard, when neighbors from across the street were out walking their dog. Unfortunately their dog decided to urinate, sniff and bark at my tenants back gate, which caused his dog to be irritated, and consequently ended up jumping a six foot block wall to get at the other dog. The owner of the other dog received a puncture wound trying to prevent the dogs from fighting, and consequently wants restitution, from me, even though I do not own this dog. Mr Smith has been an incredible help by taking action talking to the other attorney, conversing with the insurance company, and certainly putting my own concerns at ease. My case is not completed yet, however I have much confidence in his ability to achieve the necessary results.
I reached out to Tom a few weeks before my court hearing and he has helped me every step of the way. He is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and passionate about helping me with my case. Tom has been very patient and has dedicated a lot of time to helping me get custody of my child. He has gone the extra mile since day one and has been very supportive during the whole process. He is in constant communication with me and really listens to what I have to say. I cannot say enough good things about Tom, I am so thankful that I found him! I have and will continue to highly recommend Tom to family, friends and anyone.
Tom didn't fight for me and now my life is ruined. He lost an easy case if only he had prepared. He never even apologized. Very unorganized and lies about everything.
